The 1st two days on the Spray It Away Program are called your "LOAD" days and although it seems strange and unconventional it is the first step in releasing fat from your body!
The goal of Phase 1 is to load up your normal fat stores, to shake up your metabolism, and to prepare your body for the coming low-calorie eating plan. You'll want to follow this step so that you will not experience hunger during the first week. Believe it or not, your load days will set the stage for your amazing weight loss!
Every Phase has a purpose...
In order to truly 'LOAD' you MUST eat high fat and high calorie-laden foods consistently throughout the day. Eat to capacity regardless of how much weight you may gain in the process! Many people who have been struggling with diets for years and know how rapidly they gain if they let themselves go are very hard to convince of the absolute necessity of gorging for at least two days, but it is essential. Rest assured that if you do gain a few pounds they are usually lost within the first 48 hours of Phase 2. A lot of people choose to chow down everything they will miss on their Phase 2 journey! Others choose to 'load' by eating healthy fats. It is your choice and it's up to you. Note: If you are loading in preparation for a subsequent round you may want to stick with more of a healthy 'load' as your body is now used to eating 'clean' and may reject the unhealthy foods.

Nut Butters (such as peanut, almond, cashew, sesame seed/tahini, etc)
Fish (choose higher fat kinds such as Salmon)
Cream & Whipping cream

Chips
Cheese
Chocolate

Drink Water
There are many great benefits to drinking water so you’ll want to daily be drinking lots of it. Plan on drinking 1/2 your weight in ounces each and every day. Unfortunately, the majority of North Americans and most overweight people are dehydrated and therefore their bodies will actually hold onto fat in order to protect their organs. Drink water to help flush out the fat and toxins that have been trapped in your body.
First Dose of Spray It Away
On the night of your last load day, just before you go to bed, spray 1 squirt of Spray It Away into the inside of each cheek. Let the fat releasing & fat burning process begin!
